  I filled out an application here months ago because there was a hiring sign outside. I then was told to call the hiring manager right away after I turned my application to front desk. I was given a number to contact manager for Dietary Aide position. Mail box was full everytime I called and I couldn't leave no message or nothing. I then came in person again to talk to manager receptionist told me that the manager is not coming down to tlk to me. I just think that was rude to say to somebody. She didn't even make an attempt to contact him. So I left a written message since mail box is always full. I never heard from him.

  I am currently a resident at Glenlake Terrace and hoping to go home within the next couple of days. This place is awesome! Let me explain why: The administrator, Sarah, is so cool. I passed her in the hallway and started pouring my heart out to her and she gave me so much of her time to listen and try to help me. Im sure she would do that for anyone. She was so nice. All the nursing staff that I ever had there were amazing and went above and beyond. I would especially like to thank a few nurses: Michelle - she is so accommodating and so smart, Aman - the night supervisor, Eva - another nurse who is so helpfull, and of course the Director of Nursing who gives so much of her time and support to all the other patients here. My dr, dr Jain and Rosanna (his NP) are just such wonderful people and really care about all their patients. "The guy with the hat on his head" ( i think its called a yamuka), his real name is Kusi. He is the assistant administrator and guest relations. What I love most about him is how he interacts with all the patients and all of the staff. At the facility carnival that we had, he let everyone thro water baloons at him and made sure everyone had such a fun time. His character is amazing and always looks to help everyone. The kitchen staff, especially Marilyn, helped me get stronger and morally supported me. Patricia in the financial department was so helpful and truthful and informative. All the cnas were great, especially Adam and Janet. The receptionist, Patricia, always lent a listening ear and always full of good advice for me. Maintenance, housekeeping, wow - everybody was just great. What a great team! Iv been working really close with the social workers to plan my discharge and they are so knowledgeable and helpful. Last but not least, Christina and her activity department were so helpful in making sure I kept busy thru out the day. Passion was so strict but yet so helpful for all the smokers, she would even go to the store when needed, but most importantly she made sure everyone was safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone. While I hope I dont need to come back to a nursing home, if something happens, I would come back here.

  We currently have a loved one residing at the GlenLake facility. The staff is professional and caring... Tending to our Loved Ones medical needs and our concerns... The Director of Guest Relations loves helping others and is always courteous and kind making sure our visit with Our Loved One is a pleasant experience... Thank you...
